RotoBed®Home is an innovative rotation bed offering more freedom and higher quality of life:

With a RotoBed®Home, people who have difficulty getting in and out of bed, are now able to do so with no physical effort.
By a single touch of a remote control, the bed is elevated to chair position and rotated towards the room. It takes less than one minute.
aAlso back- and leg part are adjusted with remote control.
The patient surfarce is divided in 4 parts and offers optimal support.
The rotating mechanism is quiet and smooth, which makes the moovement very comfortable for the user.
The bed has a simple and comprehensive remote control. In addition, we have developed also a wireless remote control with a clean and beautiful design.
You can choose between an oblique and a perpendicular exit. This way, you can facilitate transfer to a walker or a wheelchair.
The backrest inclination and position during rotation can be stored individually so you will have the optimal comfort every time.

RotoBed®Home is CE approved and meets the latest european standards according to direktive 2006/42/ef and ISO EN 12100:2011All the motors and control boxes are top quality and developed in cooperation with LINAK. They are also standard IPX6W approved, which means they the bed can withstand wash in a washing system.

Choice of model

First you need to decide the overall look of your bed: Low-Low has low headboard and low footboard covered with textile. Low-High has a low footboard covered with textile and a high headboard made of oak veneer with textile on the exterior. High-High has high footboard and high headboard, both made of oak veneer with textile on the exterior.

Find the right exit height

RotoBed®Home is suitable for both tall and small users. By measuring your leg length from flat foot to the hollow of the knee, you will find the one of the four exit heights that best suits you. If you are happy with the exit height of your current bed, you can also measure the distance from your floor to the top of your mattress. It is possible to change the exit height afterwards by moving a few screws. The bed is also equipped with adjusting screws for fine tuning the exit height.

Choose your mattress

RotoBed®Home can be delivered with different kinds of mattresses. The standard mattress is the 2-layer foam mattress RotoBed®ErgoSleep with a recommended user weight of 132-310 lbs. The alternatives are RotoBed®SafeSleep and RotoBed®ROHO DRY FLOTATION. You can read about the mattresses and the diffences between them here.

Choose side rails

If you want side rails for the RotoBed®Home, there are two different sizes. The smallest are placed near the backrest to provide protection and support in connection with transfers in bed. The longer models at the mid-section of the bed provide good support when getting in and out of bed. Both models are available in metal or in oak veneer for a more aesthetic look.

Choose textiles

Depending on the model, headboard and footboard will be covered with textile. The standard textile is a quality fabric from Kvadrat in anthracite grey, made of 51 % recycled polyester. It is possible to choose other colours, black leather or the beautiful textile “Stripes” in pure wool designed by Paul Smith.
